I have worked with Keely for the last two years and it has changed my perspective and progress with training. I have always been an active person and have a good understanding of the body from my work as a physiotherapist but I didn’t have any concrete goals or direction with my training.

I loved my gym and training independently in the mornings before work so her online coaching was perfect for me. Keely is an incredible coach - the perfect balance of support, challenge and a wealth of knowledge and experience. She takes the time to watch my videos and give me specific feedback on technique and modify loads accordingly. When I experience niggles or minor injuries, she adapts the program and is always creative - no two blocks are the same! I have significantly improved my technique and confidence with the main compound lifts and are now loving dabbling with some conditioning, olympic lifting and gymnastics skills.

Keely is a motivating and encouraging coach and mentor who supports her clients in setting and achieving realistic goals. In 2017 I started training with Keely. At the time I was quite overweight, had severe insulin resistance and had barely ever done real weights training before. 

Keely took the time to teach me training fundamentals around planning a workout, technique and mindset. Over the course of the first year together Keely helped me lose 13 kilos in fat and gain over 4 kilos in muscle. Keely made me fall in love with exercise and get excited about learning new things and challenging my body. 

There are few people that can have such a great attitude at all times and Keely is one of those people. She never lets you doubt yourself, she will always be your biggest cheerleader while at the same time holding you accountable to your personal goals. 

Keely has be instrumental in my journey to get back to a healthy space. I am no longer reliant on medication for my insulin or hormones, I have a healthy relationship with exercise and I absolutely love being able to lift weights. None of this would be possible without her and I can never sing her praises enough.
